Product Warranty

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, improper maintenance, or deterioration of the product due to abnormal use, nor normal wear of consumable parts such as batteries and power cables, except in the case of failure due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

The warranty covers all manufacturing or material defects under normal conditions of use and maintenance for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

To process a warranty claim, original proof of purchase is required throughout the entire warranty period. If you purchased from our website, we have the proof on file. If you purchased from one of our many retailers, please provide us with your purchase invoice, ensuring that the product purchase date is clearly visible.

The warranty process steps :

1 - Send us your request via the form below, including: your full and valid contact details, proof of purchase with a legible purchase date, a description of the defect encountered, and a photo or video proving that the product is faulty.  

2 - After reviewing your request within 1 to 3 business days, our customer service team will contact you to send you the replacement product.
