The General Conditions of Sale apply exclusively to the online sale of STRAP-ON-ME products.
These conditions and the online order constitute the contractual documents binding on the parties, to the exclusion of any other document, prospectus, catalogs or photographs of the products which have only an indicative value.
Validation of the order by the consumer's confirmation constitutes acceptance of the general conditions of sale in force on the day of the order, the conservation and reproduction of which are ensured by the professional seller in accordance with article 1127-2 of the civil code.
- 1 Modification of the general conditions of sale.
The professional seller reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time.

If you are not satisfied with a product ordered, you can return it to us within 30 days, respecting the following rules:

To return one or more products, please follow the procedure indicated on the Return Form, which can be downloaded here . Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund amount will be calculated on the value of the item at the time of purchase and the shipping costs incurred during the purchase only if the item is defective, otherwise there will be no refund.
Refunds will be made by re-crediting your bank card or via Paypal.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will find a delivery notice in your mailbox and your package will be waiting for you at your nearest post office. - Right of withdrawal
In application of article L221-28 of the consumer code (former article L121-21-8 of the consumer code), the customer is informed that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in certain cases, in particular, in the case where the products have been worn by the consumer, for reasons of hygiene.

We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
It is recalled that the customer's liability, in the event of withdrawal after use of the goods, is incurred with regard to the depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of this or these goods. The consumer must return the goods to STRAP-ON-ME without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after the customer has communicated to the recipient his decision to withdraw.
This deadline is deemed to have been met if the customer returns the goods from the order before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
- Responsibilities

Strap-on-me cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of out-of-stock or unavailability of the product or force majeure. Force majeure includes all cases recognized by case law, i.e. any exceptional, external, and unforeseeable event at the time of conclusion of the contract preventing its execution.

This contract is subject to French law. In the event that a dispute arises from this contractual relationship, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. If they fail to find a mutual solution, any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Marseille.
- 1 Mediation .
The consumer has the right to resort to mediation to settle the dispute between them and the professional amicably.
