These conditions and the online order constitute the contractual documents binding on the parties, to the exclusion of any other document, prospectus, catalogues or photographs of the products which have only indicative value.

The validation of the order by the consumer's confirmation constitutes acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale in force on the day of the order, the preservation and reproduction of which are ensured by the professional seller in accordance with article 1127-2 of the civil code.

Strap-on-me makes every effort to provide you with a quality service.

If you are not satisfied with a product you ordered, you can return it to us within 30 days, subject to the following rules:

- Items must be unused or unworn and in their original packaging in perfect condition.

- the labels must not be damaged or removed.

To return one or more products, please follow the procedure indicated on the Return Form, which can be downloaded here . Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The refund amount will be calculated based on the value of the item at the time of purchase and the shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase only if the item is defective; otherwise, no refund will be possible.

Refunds will be made by crediting your bank card or via Paypal.

Discreet delivery

Your order is shipped in a discreet and sturdy cardboard box in which the products are protected. There are no external markings to identify the contents of the package.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday morning. If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will find a delivery notice in your mailbox, and your package will be waiting for you at your nearest post office. Delivery times do not include order processing time, which is generally 1 to 2 business days.

Risk transfer.

The risks of loss or damage to goods are transferred to the consumer at the moment when he, or a designated third party, takes physical possession of the goods, without distinction as to their nature.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code (formerly Article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code), the customer is informed that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in certain cases, in particular, in the case where the products have been worn by the consumer, for hygiene reasons.

The consumer must return the goods to STRAP-ON-ME without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after the customer has communicated their decision to withdraw to the recipient.

This deadline is considered met if the customer returns the goods from the order before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

Responsibilities

Strap-on-me cannot be held liable for failure to perform the contract in the event of stock shortage or product unavailability, or in cases of force majeure. Applicable Law – Potential Disputes

This contract is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute arising from this contractual relationship, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. If they cannot reach a mutually agreeable solution, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Marseille.

Mediation.

The consumer has the right to use mediation to settle amicably the dispute between them and the professional.

Terms and conditions for using gift vouchers

These conditions apply to the recipient, whether or not they are the customer. The gift certificate is valid for paying for all or part of an order on the website www.strap-on-me.com . To pay, the recipient enters the discount code printed on the certificate in the designated field on the payment page. The gift certificate can only be used once. It cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part. No change will be given on the certificate. The gift certificate has an expiry date. It must be used before this date.
