Fast and reliable delivery:

 The Metropolitan France, Belgium and nearby Europe (except Germany):

• Delivery between 3 and 4 days after dispatch of the order.
• Free delivery from 69€ VAT with Colissimo and So Colissimo International carriers.
• The shipping cost if you don't reach the 69€ VAT is 3,90€ VAT for France and Belgium.
• The shipping cost if you don't reach the 69€ VAT is 15€VAT minimum for near Europe.

French overseas departments and territories : 

• Delivery between 6 and 8 days after dispatch of the order.
• The minimum shipping cost is €11.90 VAT .

Luxembourg, Monaco, Andorra :

• Delivery between 3 and 4 days after dispatch of the order.
• Free delivery from 69€ VAT with the carrier Colissimo. The shipping cost if you don't reach 69€VAT is 5,90€VAT minimum.

Remote Europe (Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Balearic Islands...):

• Delivery between 3 and 6 days after dispatch of the order.
• The minimum shipping cost is €25 VAT.

The United Kingdom:

• Delivery between 6 and 8 days after dispatch of the order.
• Free delivery from 69€ VAT with UPS.
• The shipping cost if you do not reach the 69€ VAT is 12,90€ VAT.

Russia : 

• Delivery between 6 and 8 days after dispatch of the order.
• The minimum shipping cost is €12.90 VAT .

 The rest of the world :

• Delivery between 4 and 8 days after dispatch of the order.
• The minimum shipping cost is €29.90 VAT .

Of course: discreet package...

Orders are shipped in plain boxes that do not mention Strap-on-me.

The sender that appears on the package is Lovely Planet and the tape used is neutral.

For your payment transactions (Credit Card or Paypal), the name that appears is Lovely Planet.

At no time will we use or transmit your personal data.

Refund terms: it's very simple!

If the reason for the return is based on the right of withdrawal, the customer shall bear the costs of return. 

The return period is 14 days from receipt of your order.

RETURN CONDITIONS FOR HARNESSES

Products must be unworn and in their packaging in good condition.

They must have their original labels. Products returned damaged, soiled or without labels will not be reimbursed.

RETURN CONDITIONS FOR ALL OTHER PRODUCTS

Please note that the returned product must be in its original packaging UNOPENED (security label NOT removed)
For obvious reasons of hygiene, our quality department reserves the right to refuse any product suspected of not meeting the strict criteria mentioned above.

In case of a faulty return, Strap-on-me will pay for the return and re-shipment costs of the new sextoy.

In the case of a refund, it will be made directly to the method of payment used for the purchase within a maximum of 7 days following the date of receipt of the returned package.
