You will receive an e-mail informing you that the parcel has left our warehouse. You will receive a tracking number and will be able to follow the progress of your delivery on the carriers' websites.

Discreet shipping :

Orders are shipped in plain cardboard boxes with no mention of Strap-on-me.

The sender on the package will be Lovely Planet, and the tape used is neutral.

During your payment transaction(credit card or PayPal), the name displayed will be Lovely Planet. We will not share or use your personal data at any time.

Repayment terms :

It's so simple!

If the return is made within the framework of the right of retraction, the return costs are at the customer's expense. The return period is 14 days after receipt of the order.

Harness return conditions :

Products must be unworn and returned in their original packaging in good condition.
Original labels must be intact.

Products that are damaged, used, sprayed or returned without labels will not be refunded.

Return conditions for all other products:

The returned product must be in its original sealed packaging (security sticker NOT removed).

For obvious reasons of hygiene, our quality department reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with these strict criteria.
