Warranty process for Strap-on-Me products

The warranty does not cover damage due to accident, misuse, improper maintenance, deterioration of the product through abnormal use, or normal wear and tear of consumable parts such as batteries and power cables, except in the case of failure due to faulty materials or workmanship.

The warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

To process the warranty claim, original proof of purchase is required for the entire warranty period. If you purchased from us, we have the proof on file. If you purchased from one of our many resellers, please provide us with the purchase invoice, ensuring that the date of purchase is visible.

Steps in the warranty process:

1 - Send us via the form below your request containing: your complete and valid contact information, a proof of purchase with the date of purchase legible, describe the defect encountered and add a photo or video proving that the product is defective.  

2 - After studying your request within 1 to 3 working days, our customer service will contact you to send you the replacement product.
