Refund policy: it’s very simple!

If the return is made under the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The return period is 30 days after receiving the order.

RETURN CONDITIONS FOR HARNESSES

Products must be unworn and returned in their original packaging in good condition.
Original tags must be intact.
Damaged, used, sprayed items or items returned without tags will not be refunded.

RETURN CONDITIONS FOR ALL OTHER PRODUCTS

Returned items must be in their original sealed packaging (security sticker NOT removed).
For obvious hygiene reasons, our quality department reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these strict criteria.
