Refund terms: it's very simple!
If the return is made under the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The return period is 30 days after receipt of the order.
RETURN CONDITIONS FOR HARNESSES
Products must be unworn and returned in their original packaging in good condition.
Original labels must be intact.
Products that are damaged, used, sprayed or returned without labels will not be refunded.
RETURN CONDITIONS FOR ALL OTHER PRODUCTS
The returned product must be in its original sealed packaging (security sticker NOT removed).
For obvious hygiene reasons, our quality department reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these strict criteria.
