Deep Disappointment: Misleading Offers, Opaque Terms

This 1-star rating is due to the company's problematic business practices. I felt severely misled for two reasons: firstly, the promise of a 10% coupon "for the entire order" received upon newsletter sign-up turned out to be almost unusable (only valid on non-sale items, of which there are very few). This condition was not communicated anywhere upfront. Secondly, it's outrageous that while they advertise "free shipping over €69 to all of Europe," shipping to Romania (where I live) still costs €29.90, whereas it's free to neighboring Hungary over €69. This is clear discrimination. Customer service acknowledged the error but offered no solution. Although I eventually received the products, the company's practices caused severe disappointment.

Thank you for taking the time to share your genuine feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.

We understand your frustration regarding the discount code and shipping costs, and we regret that the information felt misleading. While the 10% welcome offer excludes discounted items, we recognize that this could have been more clearly communicated at sign-up email, and we’ll work to make this clearer in the future.

Regarding shipping charges, we aim to be as transparent as possible. The rates for each country are outlined on our Shipping Information page. That said, we understand that expectations around 'Europe-wide' free shipping can be confusing, and we take your feedback seriously.

We're also sorry to hear that you were disappointed by our customer service response. While your order was delivered successfully, we acknowledge that the overall experience fell short, and for that we sincerely apologize.

Your input is valuable and helps us improve. We hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.

What is a dildo plug?

Halfway between an anal plug and a classic dildo, the dildo plug combines the gentleness and power of both. It is designed for progressive insertion, targeted G-spot and P-spot stimulation, and secure hold thanks to its suction cup base.

How to use an anal dildo plug?

For a breathtaking experience, apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant and get comfortable. Gently insert your dildo plug and let your sensations guide you as the beads enter your pleasure-drunk body.

What size dildo plug should I choose?

The ideal size depends above all on your level and experience:

S and M sizes are suitable for beginners and gentle pleasures;
L to XXL sizes offer more intense and fuller sensations.

Is the Dildo Plug Anal Beads compatible with a harness?

Yes, it is fully compatible with Strap-on-me harnesses, for role-play or domination scenes with complete fluidity.

Can the Dildo Plug Anal Beads be used in water?
