Strap-on-Me Product Warranty Process

The warranty does not cover damage due to accident, misuse, improper maintenance, deterioration of the product due to abnormal use, or normal wear and tear of consumable parts such as batteries and power cables except in the event of failure due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

The warranty covers all manufacturing or material defects under normal use and maintenance for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

To process your warranty claim, original proof of purchase is required for the entire warranty period. If you purchased from us, we have proof on file. If you purchased from one of our many resellers, please provide us with the purchase invoice, making sure the product purchase date is visible.

The steps of the warranty process :

1 - Send us your request using the form below, containing: your complete and valid contact details, proof of purchase with the legible purchase date, describe the defect encountered and add a photo or video proving that the product is defective.

2 - After studying your request within 1 to 3 working days, our customer service will contact you to send you the replacement product.
